- Nearly 2000 people on Discogs apparently own this, yet somehow it's so rare that people are now willing to spend $200 on it...weird. I can't imagine spending big money on a later era Rush album.
- In 2015 I paid about 30 dollars for this here in México. If I knew that the price was going to get this high, I would have bought 2 copies.
- I saw somewhere that this is awaiting repress...but I can't find out if that is true or not. Does anyone know or know how to find out?
- Edited 4 years agoIm so weirded out by the fact that a remaster I paid £30 for a few years ago is now the most valuable vinyl in my Rush collection. Its worth the same as my original 2002 pressing of Vapor Trails which I paid £150 for... WHAT?? XD
- Edited 4 years agoThis album sounds great, like most Rush albums, especially the bass and drums. Great pressing but the sleeve is flimsy.
- Edited 4 years agoSo I bought this second-hand late in 2019, online, from overseas. Turns out to be two of the first record, side A and side B (annoying as two of my favourite tracks are on side C).
I couldn't be bothered trying to return it... anyone out there in the world with a copy that has two of side C & the etching, by any chance? - Unfortunately for me, the side 3 of my copy is not well centered, so the sound on this side is not accurate. It's alternatively a bit too fast and a bit too slow, which makes the listening of this side unbearable... I'm so disappointed as I was so happy to have finally found a sealed copy of this vinyl on Discogs at a reasonable price...
- This pressing is decent, though I prefer the CD. It just isn't as lively or as enjoyable. That's a bit disappointing considering how good the Moving Pictures 200 gram re-issue sounds.
