"Arntor" was released in spring/summer in Norway, and autumn 1999 in the rest of the world.
"Svatasmeden og Lundamyrstrollet" is the story of an old tale from Sogndal, Valfar's hometown, about a blacksmith and the Lundamyrs, a Troll's home.
The song "Arntor, Ein Windir" is based upon an old folk song.
