Reviews
- Fantastic righteous, groovy album. Different to Silver's sixties bop. Electric and funky moments. 70's consciousness minded with tasty vocals. Lovely gatefold cover with inner lyrics is a bonus. An experimental step forward from 'You Gotta Take a Little Love'. If you dig the likes of Bobby Hutcherson's 'Now' and Eugene McDaniel's 'Headless Heroes of the Apocalypse' then you'll surely appreciate this.
- Edited 10 years agoAMAZING work with Andy Bey and his sister, Salome on vocals. There is something very touching about the levels of consciousness that came about from in this era that is still guides like a compass because it is still relevant now. Sadly the we've lost brother Horace and the world doesn't seem to have noticed.
I hope Andy makes as many recordings as is humanly possible before his time comes becuase there isn't a lot of it around.
