- I would love to understand what happened to CoFlow and what was the thing on this LP not having BigJuss, Len and EL P rapping on it.
Still love it like that but I never understood the story behind it. - Edited 5 years agoFantastic -- Hip Hop, Techno, Drone and Experimental all rolled into one record. Brilliant stuff.
- Mindblowing "apocalyptic" gritty Abstract/Experimental beats project from El-P and Mr Len ( Company Flow ).
Maybe the 1st album of its genre ?
I bought it when it has just been released , 20 years later it's still a filthy and yet wonderful experience.
A true masterpiece ! - Very dark experimental beats. Really out there, bizarre and at the same time, hypnotic. An AWESOME record.
- This album really captured my imagination when it came out. It's so dark and cold, the artwork added to that feeling. It's like someone ripped the heart of HipHop and shoved it into it's own mouth. Horrible, intense and ice cold. Still haven't heard anything like it and to me it still sounds relevant.
- An album full of abstract hip-hop beats, "Little Johnny" is conceptually interesting but sounds lifeless and cold. This is hip-hop stripped off of any heart and soul; some people might find that sort of thing interesting, but personally I find it quite boring.
