Fracture has certainly been pushing DnB/Juke/Dubstep sounds to a god-like zenith the past decade, where his trendsetting innovations in electronic dance music set the bar for others to aspire towards and emulate. While I respect all of his work, I personally gravitate towards his drumfunk, breakbeat-heavy DnB such as the releases on Outsider, Offshore, 13Music, and Scientific Wax. It seems almost blasphemous to utter, but his Astrophonica releases are hit-n-miss in regards to actually being mixed into my DJ sets, but this Exit EP is insanely good! All 4 tracks cut like a scalpel, with the production ultra-tight and having the proper synthesis of beard-stroking headphone listening and hands-in-the-air dancefloor booty shaking. Exit continues to push boundaries, and I personally find this to be one of their overall best releases. And as a reference, all tracks are 170 BPM, except "Acid Claps" which is 160.
