One of my favorite bass & Bleep tune, sounding very clean and crisp and loud. So underrated
Simple 808 beat, Sh101 bassline, and some Kawai K1 synth it seems, simple but very trippy

As far as those that believe this record is greater than the real LFO is concerned. I have to politely disagree. Yes, Brainstorm is a great record and an absolute, underground bleep techno classic. But to say it is better than anything that Bell/Varley made. Nah. Even if one thinks every other track by them is rubbish. At the end of the day, they made LFO (Leeds Warehouse Mix) which wipes the floor over everything related including this and is still a timeless classic and never gets tiresome imo. Ever.

Quality tune - this really sums up for me that early 1990 mellower techno sound that was doing the rounds at the time....

I still think Brainstorm Pt 1 is better than anything put out by the "real" L.F.O.
A true classic.

Here we have 80's UK electro legend Paul Hardcastle & Les Cutmore coming on the bass & Bleep tip, not to mention making waves within the scene by using the same name as the Leed's based LFO! Saying that, it turns out that Hardcastle & Cutmore were indeed first to use the name 'LFO' in 1988. Talk about confusion lol.
