Circlejerk rating / recommendations. I listen to this and hear a well produced, old school warehouse vibe. Those airy pads. Funky shuffled drums. But it doesn't build into anything memorable or really outstanding. Cue defenders saying "it's subtle" / "you're not hearing the magic" etc etc. This is a nice record and I'd dance to either of these tracks any day. But do I feel a desperate need to repeat them, let alone own the vinyl? .... No.

It was a long time since prelistening a record literally brought tears of joy to my eyes. I wasn't after anything special that day, just checking out a few tracks after work. I already wanted to leave with empty hands when I got this one on the deck. Already after a few notes it was clear that this will make my day. And many more days after that... Real magic and for me the best Acting Press so far!

Really big up for this release and for the project too!
