"Such A Feeling" is a nice twist on the original, a lot more chilled out and heavily influenced by Moby's "Go", great to give it such a different twist with the original mixes being so strong. Most people however probably bought this 12" for "Raise Me (Eon's Ascension Mix)" however is full on dance floor chaos, big synths, catchy skippy percussive loops and deep bubbling bassline - big old school tune & that I still enjoy today. Great 12" with two very different remixes.

I would imagine I'm right in thinking the Gloria Gaynor sample at the head of the mix of "Raise Me" (Eon's Ascension Mix) wasn't cleared for use on the album version..?

An unusual remix ep this one. The a side 'Such A Feeling (Love Decade Mix)' is a somewhat stripped-back mix, rather than their usual great talent for taking a big track and somehow tweaking just that bit more hands in the air epic treatment from it. The keyboards take a nod from Moby's 'Go', added (but lightened) breakbeats and a simplified version of the vocals (minus most of the chorus). A wicked track for a morning set however.
B side's 'Raise Me (Eons Ascension Mix)' is an absolute stormer however, taking a great track and making it even better, this is often the mix that gets caned in wicked old school sets (bashin conga-heavy beats, whistles, stabs etc) and is also featured in many a megamix of the time, somehow working in a classic house or rave set.
