The name "Stadium Electro" may be misleading, but all the same, this is an exceptional and surprising mix from Angello. It just takes a few listens to get into.
It's the sonic opposite to the "Ibiza 4am" mixmag CD he did with Ingrosso in 2005, so anyone looking for that real big room house sound will be disappointed. The mix starts off pretty minimal-ish and slowly works its way up to a peak of Teasing Mr Charlie/For Sale, then eases off again at the end. It's a clever track structure backed up by solid mixing.
Angello commented it's the kind of set he'd play towards the end of the night, so in that regard it also complements the "Ibiza 4am" mix well. Definitely worth a listen, if only to see that the Swede is more than just an anthem-producing/playing machine.

Don't be fooled by the label on this CD. It says, and I quote, "Big Room House". Big room house my arse!! This is mediocre for my car, much less the main room at a party, or "Stadium". The tracks are okay to nothing special. I swear, Mixmag really needs to do better than this. I want to sue them for false advertisement. I have never seen a mix with more presumtuous labeling. Honestly I had a lot of respect for Angello until I heard this. I'm not saying it's trash, but it is just MEDIOCRE in every sense.
