Just received this as a gift so the price is perfect ;-)
Same exact matrix, UPC, etc....but is NOT 200g. It's 180g weighed out of the inner.
Was most definitely the dirtiest record that I have ever opened new. Spun on 78 with a heatless blower to remove the boulders, then a discwasher pass, then a quite crackly first play then repeated discwasher pass to get it to about 90% perfect.
Worth having but I have no comparison to the 100 other options so I'll leave that to the truly committed debaters.

The sound is great, but it sounds also pretty digital, probably coming from CD source. Is great but is not like oldies.

Well I had to return one copy that had a bad scuff across the first song. The second copy had a bit of extra wax on the edge that I trimmed. But having said that, the pressing sounds phenomenal. I’ve always heard a lot of hype about this albums sound and it’s no joke. It’s almost ridiculous how good it sounds.

Absolutely stellar pressing. Sounds like it came out just yesterday with how dynamic and full the sound is

My copy sounds really good but has some really noticeable pops and cracks, so I can't give it the full 5 stars

My copy is flawless! Flat, centered, quiet and perfect! Classic and essential album for any collection. I ordered the AP Mono 45 rpm version as well to have a mono as well as this stereo copy. Sorry to hear others had some issues but mine is fine so if you’re on the fence, maybe grab it and take a chance.

I purchased this record new/sealed. I cleaned it on a vacuum style machine before it hit the turntable for the first time. Upon first playback, there is a crazy amount of surface noise on the first half of side A. The second half of side A however, is pretty good. Most of the surface noise gets buried under the music, but quiet passages, and between tracks is pretty lousy. Side B is a little better noise-wise. Sonically, what’s there is pleasing to the ear. I might try a three step cleaning process to see if I can get the noise down.

Disappointing. 1st copy I returned due to visible dust on LP and lots of surface noise between songs. Second copy same issue. Back you go! Will look for an Analogue Productions version. Quality with new pressings is seriously lacking when used 70's albums you buy are quieter.

Noisy as F*** right out of the sealed jacket...gonna look for something even better and eventually sell this one...shame since the actual mastering and stereo mix sounds nice...just a bit too dusty from the manufacturer...even after a good Spin Clean still not quiet enough between tracks
