After cleaning it and listening to it closely I don't find any distortion of any kind, even in the last tracks, perhaps the pressing could have been better because it is somewhat noisy in some passages, but everything sounds magnificent here.

Great pressing! Would recommend, best bang for buck. Superb dynamics and rich powerfull bass.

This is my first time listening to and owning Pet Sounds and what a great album.
The pressing is nice but I've already decided to source an Analogue Productions release. There seems to be strange sounds between some tracks which can be a bit frustrating. Otherwise a nice soundstage, nice separation and clear vocals.
        Great for the price.

Ok. I’m reviewing this for the audiophiles out there. This pressing could Definitely sound better! Comparing this to an Analogue Productions release of Any of their albums, this does Not impress me. It sounds Okay. It will likely satisfy the casual vinyl listener with a cheaper turntable/system. I’m also taking a star off for the cheap paper inner sleeve. No record should ever have this anymore! It Really exposes the record company’s lack of dedication to quality. I’m not gonna blow this up and exaggerate the sound of it, like others have done here. I’ll be honest, I’m not blown away. It’s OKAY sounding, at best. I just know it could sound better. I have Analogue Productions pressings of 4 other Beach Boys albums. So I have to compare this to those pressings. I simply have this for collector reasons. For that purpose, it’s good enough. I’ll probably replace it with a better pressing later. I just don't like this album enough to drop $60+ for an Analogue Productions version. This is good for the casual vinyl spinner. But probably not good enough for those who know how great this record can sound. I’ll leave it at that

One of the best sounding records I currently have in my collection. Great dynamics and overall a very wide, clear, full and rich sound - how "Pet Sounds" should sound like! No pops or crackling in my copy. Really great reissue that you should definitely grab!

Read some moans about this but caution wasn't an issue as it's so modestly priced and available.
              Oh my ....
This is waaaaaaay better than it has any right to be.
I've heard this album thousands of times but never heard it so perfectly pressed as this!
              Mind blown. Tears of joy.
No inner groove distortion or problems with Sloop John B etc.
Flawless strings and brass and percussion and absolutely gut-churning bottom end with a tight and symphonic feel.
Everything these songs should be and more!!!!
Don't even think about hesitating - take a punt! :)

En mi copia el espectro grave satura y distorsiona ligeramente, tal vez en equipos de más calidad y mejores woofers suene bien.

This pressing sounds pretty good. A few tracks sound slightly distorted, so it's not the best. The end of every track has a crackly sound. It doesn't impact the listening experience too much.

The best sounding record I have in my modest collection of 30 or so. The only issues I hear through a close listen on headphones are: some low-end rumble between tracks in the first half of Side A, some IGD on Sloop John B (last track of Side A) and a few pops here and there. Otherwise sounds rich, clear, and wonderful. I feel fortunate to have it and would comfortably recommend it.

Way to do a standard reissue for a great price, cost me 23 euros, great dynamics, lovely stereo seperation, bass is phenomenal, sounds as good as so called all analogue, limed releases for 50+ euros or more.
