for what it's worth----this has been WIDELY PRESSED and there are non-numbered copies at record stores in the US market. A few weeks ago at Rough Trade NYC they had at least 10 copies. It's not rare by any means...The "Beautiful Thing" vinyl, on the other hand really is limited to 6000 copies. The "All For One" may have a bazillion copies! haha

People, those numbers are label nonsense. Buy for the music not for the number. Anyway, limited to more than 13 000? How's that limited?

My two copies showed up two days ago. The one I opened is marked #2138. I ordered it the day it debuted on the radio in the UK. It's a great loud pressing, so no problems there. But I do have a pretty big gripe with the Roses over this release. And it is, why one side? It's a slab of vinyl, to only have one side is fairly willful. No b/w instrumental, at the minimum? Especially since it's the Stone Roses and they were always fantastic about b-sides. Their records always had wonderful extras. Anyway, that's all. Hopefully "Beautiful Thing" will have some b-sides. Side note: I saw them at Madison Square Garden and they were mind blowing.

Mine arrived today, but I pre-ordered Beautiful Thing at the same time so assumed they were waiting for that to be released before sending both together. I kept tracking on the website and it said it hadn't been despatched so knew it wasn't lost. Sounds lovely on vinyl though.

            Who knows what number starts?
And it might not be continuous, it might be random numbers...

This single isn't etched? and i don't think its limited to 10,000 copies as i have a copy with no.13896.
