Yep, I was skeptical, but this is definetly worth the hype. Tons of dynamic range, and an amazing stereo effect if you've got a good speaker and hi-fi setup. A touch of warping on my copy that doesn't effect play whatsoever and a bit of surface noise at the intro of Two Step but a bit of cleaning should get rid of that.

Interesting to note that the 2022 repress I have on hand omits the "INCLUDES FREE DOWNLOAD OF THE ENTIRE ALBUM" on the hype sticker, and indeed does not include one.

Outstanding sound! High quality release for this iconic 90’s album at a reasonable price. (For now at least)

Incredibly clear and present. What a pressing! Glad to have found this.

This and UTTAD were very pivotal for me as a teenager back in the 90s. I spent hours learning Dave's songs on an old 1970s Alvarez acoustic with high action. He was my dude for a long time. My personal nostalgia aside, this pressing is absolutely tremendous. You won't be disappointed to have it in your collection.

One of the best sounding records I've heard I have to say. Shockingly clear and present.

Just bought mine for $31 at Barnes & Noble. It's available for $30 on Acoustic Sounds web site as well. Don't pay these greedy drunken lunatics.

Album has been repressed, you can check the bands website to purchase it for ~$20 less than Discogs. Support the band. Save your money.

If you're patient you can find this on Amazon for as low as £50 (the one i've just bought), and it's brand new too!

EDIT: Am seeing quite a few *NEW* for as low as £30 across UK, US, Aus. What is happening? Has this been reissued again?

Recently picked up a sealed copy of this at a good price. The discs are 180g and were completely flat out of the lined sleeves. Overall, the mastering on this sounds excellent. There was a bit of surface noise and slight vocal sibilance on a few tracks (So Much to Say and Proudest Monkey), but that all seemed to have disappeared after a proper spin clean and a few full plays through the album. Now things sound really great and I'm very happy with this one. This sounds really, really good!
