Reviews
- Old Homestead Records issued this album in 1981. It includes songs from a session recorded in 1968 by Banjo wizard Bobby Atkins (who was also with Bill Monroe for a short period of time). Sound is mono, but not too bad. What makes this album interesting is the participation of Guitar legend Tony Rice and Frank Poindexter on Dobro. Lead vocals are all done by Bobby Atkins. Although a small drum set was used, this can be considered a classic Bluegrass album.
