My copy, which visually is in NM condition, is pretty loud. It's a repetitive, ebb-and-flow sound that clearly comes from the needle passing over the red half of the record. The clear half isn't exactly silent, though. Besides that, the second record has some pops and clicks. It's pretty annoying. I'm guessing it's an anomaly? None of my other records from IDIB are nearly as loud as this one, which is a shame since this is their best one! Oh well...
