Just received my new copy and it sounds incredible! Very dynamic with great separation and nice, full bass. The vinyl is perfectly silent, dead flat, and very well pressed. Judging from earlier reviews, I either got lucky or the pressing plant/label have fixed the earlier pressing issues.
Overall this is an outstanding release and an absolute must-own for fans of Twin Peaks; the music’s spirit is there, but there’s a dark and experimental atmosphere surrounding it putting it in an entirely new and exciting context. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately as others have already said, this pressing has some issues. On Pink Room specifically, it sounds very muffled.

mustve gotten a decent pressing. not perfect or anything, with a few crackles and a bit of surface noise, but nothing as bad as other people have mentioned down here. the worst issue is probably how my record was pressed a little bit off center, which leads to intermittent surface noise in quieter parts. nothing terrible, but not exactly perfect either.

bad pressing. if i didn't love the tunes so much i would've returned it ASAP. this was a huge disappointment, honestly.

Yeah its fuckin noisy and muffled. But let's be real here, XIU XIU is loud and noisy anyways. Just play it super loud and pretend it's a part of the song.

My copy is muffled and sounds awful. Discoloured scuffs on both discs as well. Will be returning as soon as possible.
