Certainly a step up sonically from the Ten reissue which is thin and compressed. Quality sleeve and inner. Vinyl comes with the standard muck and static associated with paper inners. So once cleaned plays quiet and click free. Easy recommended.

Tons of paper scuffs from that stupid package. Returned 2 copies.

Hot take apparently, but I prefer the CD. The mid range has a strange veil that throws off the timbre and shrinks the soundstage. My copy also had quite a few paper scuffs.

Is there any difference between this and the European reissue from that same year?

I can't believe I've only just listened to this album front to back. It's fantastic. Definitely one of my favorite PJ releases. The die cut sleeve is of nice quality (albeit a bit thin), and the cutout into the inner sleeve looks pretty neat. As some other people have said, the tracks go all the way to the label on both sides, with only about a third of an inch of runout groove (still wishing for 2LP reissues of so many of these!), the sound quality is quite good! The record is lively, dynamic, punchy, and clear. However, there is a bit of surface noise throughout I noticed even after wet cleaning, and even after a second clean it is still present, but reduced. I'll give it another pass of cleaning but I'm not upset, as the surface noise was ever only noticeable on quiet portions of tracks and barely distracted from the music during loud portions.

Vinyl is not as quiet as I’d like it to be even with a VPI cleaning but not terrible, that being said I do think overall it’s a good sounding reissue overall.

Audio quality is fantastic. I was disappointed to find it was only one record. Looking at the tracks on the record, and they go pretty much all the way to the middle of the disc, I was figuring the quality wouldn't be good, but it's pretty awesome. The last song on each side there's a tad sibilance but not much. Got my version from Amazon this morning. I have no "no-fill zipper sounds" like another reviewer had. Both sides are pretty much perfect.

listened twice already. Going for a third!

Side Two on my copy has no-fill (zipper sounds) which start on Untitled (Red Dot) and continue though the rest of the side once and a while. I wonder if Rainbo or United pressed this? They are usually the worst offenders of no-fill.

With the exception of the audio quality, everything about this release was disappointing to me. When you compare this to every other Pearl Jam vinyl release, it's seriously lacking in quality. The card is flimsy like a bootleg, there's no booklet, no gatefold and even the spine is off centre. Compared to the No Code and Vitalogy represses, it's a serious missed opportunity for a record that has been OOP for so long.
