- Edited one year agoJust scored a copy of this from a good friend for my birthday! Man this thing sound great. Really quite, great separation and imaging. Truly lovely listening, every track is excellent. Flying On The Ground Is Wrong, Holocaust, and Rainy Day, Dream Away are my favorites but this is a treat from start to finish.
Edited 2 years agoThis is one of the best albums in my collection. I got it because I'm a huge fan of Michael Guercio. The Susanna Hoff's track - I'll Keep it With Mine - is a gem.
If I remember correctly, this grew out of a regular jam session that used to happen in LA. Michael's song The Girl With the Guitar, written about this time, was about Susanna at those jam sessions. She's brilliant. So was he.- I really hope this gets reissued. Such a great record.
One of my favorite albums of all time. Funny it hasn't been reissued. Deserves to be heard by more people. I remember it from the 80s and glad I have my copy- Where has the previous high and low sales data gone?
Just discovered this record and it is super amazing, acoustic psych goodness.- Why hasn't this title got a Japanese CD reissue, like other classic Rough Trade releases of the 1980s? I am not paying what is being asked for a CD copy of this gem, as much as I'd love to have and hear it again...
