Edited 2 months agoNice album, the press is not the greatest. I think maybe Kranky in general is putting out shitty vinyl. I have another Steve Hauschildt release and it's the same, the record is littered with noise. why even bother putting this stuff on vinyl if you aren't going to do a good job with it?- Got a repress in 2021 I believe - unsure how diff to the original it is
Edited 6 years agoACE. A beautiful mix of warm ambient textures overlapping more complex "hidden" undertones. A fine mix of psych-drone and pulsing rhythm. Fans of old OPN, Pye Corner, Huerco S. take note.
