The Quantum Loop Mix is one of my favorite classic house choons of all time. I wish I had the vocabulary to describe how I feel when the rhythmic glassy synth chords break out, or when that insane vocal solo section grips my soul. Seriously, It just keeps on slamming from the initial placement of the needle, to the runout. It's got class, it's got attitude, and it's immediately recognizable as a classic masterpiece. It's such a bargain to get this much of a choon on a single piece of wax, do yourself a favor and grab this track before it goes up in price.

Oozes class ... was a little slower paced than most progressive tracks at the time, but if you were in the clubs early enough in the night, you may well have heard it. If you can, get two copies, both mix into each other really well, keep the same vibe, and you get to choose when to drop that awesome vocal. Highly recommended.

Intricate attention to detail. Keys that tickle senses, stimulating synesthesia states of mind.
Love this, had it from new - still sounds fresh coming up to it's 30th birthday.

I had this and it burnt in a house fire. Only hearing it now again for the first time since 1993... :)

Listen to William Orbit's mix of Erasure "Supernature" and then talk to me about great remixes that he has done. I mean it's Erasure but it's one hell of a mix. Not to forget the two mixes he did for Kraftwerk's Radioactivity. A triumph in remixing and electronic music in general.

The Quantum Loop Mix is probably William Orbit's finest remix - a timeless classic, later immortalised forever on the first Northern Exposure mix. The spine-tingling vocal has been used elsewhere, like on Urban Shakedown's 'Burning Passion' but it's this house mix that every early Progressive House fan should own.
