I only knew KeeZee through his split 12"'s on Jungle Rollerz and was EXTREMELY excited to see a solo 4-track EP showcasing his current endeavors. Any fan of 94/95 tear outs will love this EP, as all 4 tunes possess an old-school vibe yet give homage to numerous sub-niches from the jungle golden era. It's plates like this that have revived dormant junglists to regain interest in DnB for the first time in decades, and it's so refreshing to have tunes like this that give a proper schema-and-correction on classic jungle. A standout within this current platinum era of 2015-to-??? DnB. Get this!
Nice lad, great tunes that could have easily been made 94/95 ....and hopefully can progress to even better things and push this current jungle scene
This is an incredible EP! Quirky old sci fi samples, loads of atmosphere (pun intended), great beat patterns, even a ragga tune (Ruff). Don't sleep on this. Can't wait to hear more from KeeZee.
