Hey, does anyone have copyright info for this track? Like if I wanted to use it to dance to on live, could I?

I also seem to remember reading somewhere that the piano is actually played by Flytronix

Could've sworn this came out in 1994. AT least everyone was playing it in 1994. Maybe was just on dubplate then? Bukem and Peshay were playing it in May of '94.

Sublime stuff from one of D&Bs greats. I never tire of either of these tracks, a testament to the quality of this release on one of my all time favourite labels. Piano just keeps changing it up with amazing Amens, moody strings, clever programming and subtle layering. Vocal is just beautiful, with bags of funk, soul, bass, and breaks galore. This is from the golden age of the genre. Hard to beat!!!

According to Peshay, both of these tunes were made in 1993. They were engineered by Hyper On Experience at their studio in Beccles. The piano on The Piano Tune was played by Danny Demierre from HOE. They were charging him approximately £150 a day for the studio time, and he would make 2 tunes in that time.

Two top early Peshay toons. '94 was it??
Of course "Piano Tune" is an awesome (-yeh awesome! is the word ) piece of music - melancholy early jungle perfection + amen breaks aplenty -which may sound a bit dated by today standards but still sound phat- anyhow theres no knocking the hesitant crispness of those piano chords. Its Piano Tune. A proper tune indeed.
