The "Links" EP by The Chameleon, released in 1995 on Good Looking Records, is a highly regarded classic in the atmospheric drum & bass scene. The track "Links" is a beautiful roller with lush soundscapes, combining amen breaks with soothing melodies, creating a deep, immersive experience. "Just Close Your Eyes & Listen" stands out for its calming vocals and introspective vibe, blending trip-hop and chilled-out D&B elements. Both tracks are praised for their forward-thinking production, making this release a must-have for fans of intelligent drum & bass.
Please please PLEASE can you release Links to purchase digitally! I don't understand why only track AA is available. In my opinion Links is one of the best tunes released on this label- Kirsty Hawkshaw has denounced many times how her and other vocalists contributions are uncredited so let's credit her for part of what makes "just close your eyes and listen" so wonderful and uniquely global comm

What an absolute classic and by artists not known for this style. Mesmerising beauty on this wonderful 12". I was so lucky to find this for 50p at a car boot.

Russia. 1998 and I am 16 years old. A box with used records. 10 bucks. About one-twentieth of my father's monthly salary. Changed it to another record 3 years later. Regretted. Bought a test pressing version few years ago.- Funny I just acknowledged this track is from Mark Pritchard!!! Another reason to take a closer look into his entire subsequent discography. From my top of GLR magic
Just a heads up, there is a different unreleased anywhere else version of ‘Links’ on the first Artcore compilation, it has a completely different drum track. And it’s cheap!
I like both versions.
