do not understand all these comments here about the way of production and how good he was once and apparently should not be anymore?! I'm a big fan of dza and with this album, two have come together so well together and the beats go so well with dza! I'm surprised that this album is not on vinyl?!
Edited 7 years agoPete Rock no longer believes in his own statement he made cussing the new age.. seems like he tried to appease the audience he was dissing last year on Twitter?? Or maybe he's confused with where to go next?
I like SD and am obviuosly a long time PR fan and would have him in my top 10 producers of all time.
You know what to expect with SD and thats what you get but The problem with this album is Pete's production sounds like an average beatmaker from about 10 years ago. There's nothing here that stands out. It's all bland.
