My uk copy is a test pressing, but it came with loose centre labels in the sleeve.

My UK 'What Goes On Records' copy of this was made in 1988 (says on the label, as well as saying 'made in UK') and also the 'Moving Targets' lettering on the cover is in red. As I always understood the U.S. 1988 reissue didn't have the red. Though I could be wrong. Maybe WGOR did another issue in 1988 in the UK, though seems unlikely. But my guess is that this issue is really 1988, and that the cover image is wrong. Should be with red lettering.
