Very very good record. Kilimanjaro = Coverversion from rare Movie "Anna" 1951 only in cinema in USA not Europe.
But my favorite here "Fried Neckbones And Home Fries" - very nice Latin with a brutal Guitar Santana Solo.
Best from Santana what I found since now. Later in Track wonderful carillon comes from Dance to Lounge...
5 no 10 Stars for this record. Need all Latin/Rock/Funk/Jazz Friends... ALL !!!

Members of WAR, SANTANA, SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE along with HERBIE HANCOCK and a whole bunch of amazing latin musicians make this a very special LP. Coke Escovado and Linda Tillery being amongst the backing singers should tell you how deep this LP really is. The track "Kilimanjaro" is stunning and was/is a big NY loft style classic, building and teasing a heavy funked out groove laden with dope percussion and drums for 7 minutes before Lee Oskar's beautiful harmonica melts into heart stopping ARP strings-wow! Best heard on a BIG system and recommended for all lovers of deep jazz or latin music.
