Audio options on DVD:

- DTS 5.1 Digital Surround
Although the disc carries the DVD-Audio logo, it does not contain any DVD-Audio contents. The audio is only available through the DVD-Video section, and there is no high resolution or lossless version of the surround mix available on this disc.
Both discs are housed in a single gatefold card sleeve and come in a cardboard slipbox, together with a 40 page book with lyrics and Lasse Hoile images.
The barcode is not printed on the artwork (probably on a sticker).

- Wikipedia says: "In addition to the regular issue, a special two-disc edition was released [...] This limited edition of 10,000 copies was sold out the day of its release," but it doesn't specify if that refers to the American edition, the European edition, or both together. eil.com says that this UK edition was limited to 1000 copies. I haven't found more information about it. If anyone could add some information, it would be really helpful.
does the DVD only contain the album tracks and not the Nil Recurring ones?- Such a beautiful release - I wish more CDs had such gorgeous presentation applied to them. My only real gripe is that the inner sleeves are so very tight when trying to take them from the gatefold sleeve. I replaced these sleeves with another variety bought online and they fit perfectly and protect the CD far better.
