"Can't Mess Around" is a song performed by Charvoni, It was removed from this release and set for a possible follow up for her version of 'Always There'. It never got released.
B.O.P. were the producers...Hopefully that is the mystery solved....?

Paul Scott thinks some copies included the Charvoni track, although I have not seen one myself.
Can anyone confirm?
