This documented interpretation of Brahms Symphonies was recorded only with a one-point microphone setup. It was cut direct-to-disc. It is pure analog (analog recording and analog master - AA). The recordings were especially made for this edition. There are no other formats like cd or mp3-files available.
The whole edition is strictly limited to 1833 copies, which is Brahms year of birth. The international version is limited to 1200 copies.
The Box-Set Contains a certificate hand-signed by Rainer Maillards and two original C-prints.

*Master Disc Nr. 251 (G1) had to be mastered from two backup tapes. While it was not recorded Direct to Disc and contains one cut, the production process was nonetheless completely analogue.
