Discovered this EP in 2021 and it made my year!
B_F_O_D_A_A_S was my summerhit, Pool Party Music my fouronthefloor shirtremover on partys and Catching Feelings provides smooth sound during coocking sessions in the background.
Technically:
No doubt, that he used samples, i've tried to find out, what exactly has been sampled, but all in all it's unimportant: nice tunes and great vibes! I love the oldschool touch and the g-funk themed melodics.

one sample the whole time on pool party gets boring! But the mixing is quite nice! Just needs little more diversity!- B1 is a loop from of an old g-funk tune. Wasn't sure at first, but I think it works pretty well. Just a bit of fun, right. What next? ...Probably a housed-up loop of Warren G or some Dre Day samples. Maybe even Ice Cube's 'It was a good day'. The g-funk house revival is on.
- Edited 2 years agoB1 sounds similar to Futers' Mackin' for me and find Mic Mills pulled this vibe off real well with Wonderland on Big Doint 001.
