The original is a wonky yet fast drum & bass excursion which starts off at half-time but kicks right along 90 seconds in. Crunchy percussion and tight drum-grooves set the base for some dubby pads and nice effects.

B-Side "I Like This" is a funky mid-tempo joint with a hazy vocoded vocal, goes for th obvious influences from P-Funk and Prince that Quant would expand on his 2000 album "Quantastical Quantasm", which i really recommend.

Roupe's version doesn't sway that far from the original idea but emphasises the dubby aspects and does a decent coffeetable type drum & bass joint. However the reason i picked up this record was for Si Begg's Buck Funk 3000 remix. Takes the subtle robo funk from the original and focuses on it completely to make a fast & punchy techno/electro workout.
