- Edited 4 months agoStrong, powerful disco funk music. Just let the needle down and feel the GROOVE deep inside of you. Voice, bass, melody, rhythm, everything is in place. An all time classic !
Find more of the Young & Co sound on the Buddy Hankerson unreleased LP recorded in 1982 that features incredible hidden gems : https://www.discogs.com/fr/release/14621908-Buddy-Hank-The-Shine-Band-Dust-To-Diamonds - From the posed cover predominately beige and cream to the mirrored background you know its the beginning of the eighties yet not quite ready to forgo the grooves from the previous decade of glamour, disco and debauchery. A wonderful album for rollerskating, or simply just imagining yourself going around in circles at the rink. Really not a bad song on here.
