Was released most likely between 1999 and 2001 (see price-sticker) and lacquer-cut by MK (11) at Optimal Media GmbH (no aditional etched lacquers in runouts).
Comes with one pressing-ring around center hole.
This differs from a later pressing that shows two pressing-rings and some differences in lacquer-cut etchings in runout as Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication and also a pressing without noticeable rings here: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication.

I find this pressing a bit of a mystery. I bought this album within a month of it coming out but my copy does not look like this and I have never seen an Optimal pressing, which looks like this. There is usually a ridge on the spindle hole and then the circle where the Gema/Biem box is but this pressing does not have that tiny ridge right by the spindle hole. My copy actually looks like this copy:

and sounds brilliant. It has these matrices too but this "original" pressing's labels looks so odd for an Optimal press.

Also my copy has first press correct matrixes but with two label rings, even if the big one is very light. Watching the pics posted, Side C label writings are not in line with center hole as the other ones, in my copy is not so. Also there's a little imperfection on final solo of first song and I remembered that later press, which I've owned, have many problems about this; about blank innersleeves, mine have cut corners on top, It seems to me that the repress has normal inner (I'm not sure because I sold the repress two or three years ago).

Bought this today, it had so much ringwear so it looked it had been stored for about well since 99. And i also got told it was. First i was not sure because of barcodes wich are the same as RE-Issues. The thing is that my bought today copy wich was sealed had 2 label rings. One small and one bigger. Not only one as stated here. Matrix correct Side C. C1 MK as stated here and the re-issues doesnt have this. So i guess 2 label rings are First press?
