A prior reviewer makes it sound as if the track selection here has been edited by a butcher, which is most certainly not the case. A few seconds here and there have been cut to make a wonderful package free from the surface noise that in my experience tends to plague many of the original vinyl releases. An absolute steal this is.

Certainly a worthy purchase for newbies to Ron Trent & Chez Damier's sounds on the amazing Prescription label. However, for me, when tracks are edited or compromised to fit on a comp, it's always a bugbear to me, but maybe not for others. I have to say, there are few 'true people' that will always be remembered for the true Deep House/Chicago sound. Trent & Damier are among that collective! So check it out... if you're not particular on original track times that is.
