This is how I remember the scene nearly 30 years ago, when I was 16 / 17 years old. Great ambience, love, togetherness, no ego, no phones, no cameras, no internet, just a joining together of certain group of youths who wanted real love, real emotions, peace and freedom.

I simply wanted to point out to you that the "Don Pablo's Animals Paranoia" track is not of qualitative origin ... it is simply an mp3! You have read and understood this is not a song from original master songs at all. The printing took place in 2017 and still continues to offer this poor quality on a vinyl. The specter of this song, despite all the opportune expedients of compression and processing in it, do nothing but worsen the quality level and mark the missing frequencies. In fact, the high frequencies are around 15000hz. We all know that the minimum registration for a vinyl is around 20000hz. Initially when I bought this record I was very satisfied especially for the kind of work done on the first songs, then I realized that for the moment the track listed is not of quality. I do not understand the reason why the copyright has been paid .... you can make such poor prints...
no one has ever noticed ...

As a bit of a follow up, I'm seeing that a lot of these 90's Italian classics are being re appraised and recently those 'Dream House' compilations have made this music seemingly popular again which is great.
For some of us this music never really went away. The thing about specifically 90's Italian House music is that it covers so many different moods from the up front hands in the air almost pop dance magic of some of the most commercial Black Box and 49er's remixes to the glossy more ambient moods of Don Carlos to the break driven Tech House of Visnadi and all points in between.
While it's good to see a re appraisal of the more obvious classics (and some of these have been comped elsewhere for example check the 'Various ‎– Ambient House - The Compilation By DFC' which will fit right in with the new 'dream house' compilations and can still be had for cheap)
There are a ton of great Italo house records out there that can still be had for small money, a few names to look out for are Aritmya, Biosphere 2, Atelier and the productions of S Secchi and M Rossi, the Oversky label, Claypso, Strength, Antima and Irma records. These are a few of the most well known but there are plenty to dig for.
So many great records came out of Italy during that golden period, it is a mystery why it seemed to dry out.
However, plenty of those records are now becoming more and more collectable. Which is understandable as many of the productions can easily stand shoulder to shoulder with the best of UK/US 90's House music. I would also like to think the original composers featured on this compilation are getting some royalties....
        Grazie infinite!

Great tunes on these. Both records are being re-issued and these will be available in May. Not in yet as of 3rd May.
