- Digital without a doubt sounds better than the vinyl version. Save your money IMO
- The sound quality on this UK 1st pressing is fantastic . If you haven't got this pressing try and find one , as it's by far the best sounding release of this classic album .
- My first ever album purchase in 1970. Still have it and still listren to it. Peter Green et all are on top form - love Showbiz Blues and Closing my Eyes, especially. Also think PG looks the coolest dude I've ever seen on the inside cover.
Fabulous record in the full UK version not the neutered US version. Majestic Peter Green here, never really a dull moment and Kirwan proves to be a crafted and subtle songwriter. Probably my favourite FM album. Highlight for me is the stunning space blues of 'Without You' a timeless piece of music.- I HAVE A CANADIAN ISSUE ON REPRISE RS 6368 LISTS ON SIDE 1 TRACK 5 AS "OH WELL" WHICH IS NOT ON THE RECORD.
I believe I have a quite rare and uncommon version of this LP...I recently acquired a U.S. 2 tone Reprise pressing. I know, big deal-'My Dream', 'When You Say' instead of 'Oh Well'-dime a dozen-but wait, there's more.. This particular 2 Tone label pressing includes 'Oh Well' and NOT the 2 Kirwan Tracks! Anyone else ever seen one of these before? Curious regarding any other sightings of this variation-I have never seen another, and I've been collecting a long time..Thanks.
The tracklist is incorrect, it differs from the pictures. The original release had 14 songs (see label pictures)
