New Native is just wonderful. As for the bass line. Highly recommended.

TOP MF ALBUM! Miles influenced indeed. Very original sound though. You must get.

Bought this record for $3 some time ago. It had been collecting dust in the stacks until the COVID-19 lockdown allowed me some time to actually listen to a lot of records that I unfortunately ignored. Put this on the deck a couple days ago and it's been spinning since. Really nice. I immediately thought of Miles Davis like many of the other reviewers. Worth checking out.

Awesome album, sounds a bit like a cross between Miles' Bitches Brew and Herbie's Thrust. Rhythmic, hypnotic and funky!
