We ship media mail in the US unless other arrangements are made, and First Class International for the rest of the world. As a general rule, we charge actual shipping, plus 50 cents for the mailer.
For example, in the US we charge by weight
1 pound = $3.29
2 pounds = $3.77
3 pounds = $4.25
4 pounds = $4.73
5 pounds = $5.21
6 pounds = $5.69
7 pounds = $6.17
8 pounds = $6.63
9 pounds = $7.09
10 pounds = $7.55
and onward and upward.
As far as how many records that gets you, well, our mailers weigh 5 ounces, and the standard single lp album is around 8 ounces, so between one and two LPs per pound is a pretty safe answer. Of course, multiple LP sets, and records with thick gatefold covers weigh more, so bear that in mind. We're happy to give estimates given specifics.
First class shipping to Canada starts at $11 with most single LPs shipping for $17. We don't currently ship to other countries. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask!
RETURN POLICY: I'm a human being, you're a human being, and I'll try my best to treat you like one. That being said, it's probably necessary to have a fallback returns policy, and here it is.
All items are able to be returned for any reason, postmarked within 30 days of initial purchase. Non-defective (read: I changed my mind) returns will be refunded the initial sale price, but not the shipping charge. Defective returns, and grading dispute returns in the US will be refunded the entire order cost of item plus initial shipping. International grading dispute returns will be refunded the order cost, but not the shipping. Endless Records will not pay for return shipping on any returns.
All returned items must be in condition received. A new and sealed item that is opened is non-returnable without special authorization from Endless Records, and usually will incur a restocking fee even in those cases. New vinyl that turns out to be defective when opened is generally the responsibility of the record label, not the record retailer, and Endless Records will help any customer in contacting and getting help from a label.
A record broken during shipping is eligible for a return for a full refund.
Any return that falls outside of the scope of this policy is at the discretion of Endless Records
