We visually grade all items and can test play or provide sound clips for all items if requested. Sometimes we list over 500 items a day and on some occasions mistake happen with grading due to volume listing. Please contact us for any issues related to the item if not as described. For all items graded VG or less, you should expect to get record with couple scratches, light surface marks, with light background noise maybe some popping. We don't accept returns on VG or less graded items.
We don't describe it when listing the item but anything graded VG or less might have writing on label / sleeve, punch holes, corner cuts etc.
We reserve the right to charge up to 20% of order value for returns as restocking fee.
