All sales are final.
All of the records that we sell are in a used condition unless they are in an original unsealed album or cover. Most records are VISUALLY inspected and graded using the sites posted grading methodology. In some cases, we do listen to our records before listing them for sale, if we do this, it is listed on the record’s product page. We do not have the ability to listen to all of our records. We have a pretty good idea how the records are going to play by looking at them. However, some of the records are over 30-40 years old and as a result, may have some issues. Also, we do not clean all of our records, only if we feel it is absolutely necessary. In most cases, how we find/receive them, is how we sell them. PLEASE examine the photos supplied in our product listings or request additional photos prior to ordering.

All orders are shipped via the USPS which doesn’t offer insurance without an additional fee. You can request and purchase insurance for your shipment for an additional cost at the time of purchase.
Please note that any sealed records are sold as-is. Any factory defects or issues with the vinyl are NOT the seller's responsibility. Once the item has been opened it is no longer in the same condition sold.

We will only ship to the original order address. All dropshipping requests will be reported to discogs for breaking discogs terms and services.
