Most of records are listened, but sometimes we could only grade them VISUALLY.
Sometimes Visual Grade don't match with the sound, so please feel free to ask for more details of a specific item.

We refund only when customer returns the record back, there's no way to refund customer keeping the record.
Records MUST be returned within 7 working days after contact.
