Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.
UK Orders: All orders with a value of up to £20GBP will be sent standard post (1st class or 2nd class)
Orders over £20 in value will be sent 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For
European and South American Orders: Since Brexit & Covid-19 we have had a significant amount of European and South American packages sent via International Standard Post not arriving at the customers location, therefore we can only send via International Tracked Postal Services for all orders.
USA / Australian Orders: Orders up to £20GBP in value will be sent via International Standard post
All orders over £20 will be sent "International Tracked" or similar service as applicable.
RUSSIA: Due to the inhumane invasion of Ukraine, we will no longer be selling to our Russian customers. We hope to be able to deal with our Russian customers again in the future when your government ceases it's military action.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders are subject to customs declaration and tax must be paid to the value of the contents (either via Discogs or destination country customs). All items sent overseas will be marked "Sale Of Goods" to the value paid on the contents. (Please do not request items to be sent as a gift or for us to reduce the value of the contents as this will be refused).
