I use the grading as described by discogs. I do not playtest prior to grading, I go off visual inspection…if you want me to play test I will, just ask.
PAYMENT:
Please make sure your DISCOGS and PAYPAL names and addresses match.
Please also be aware that we reserve the right to ask for Cash payment, Money Order, Bank Transfer or Check (must clear prior to shipment) on any order according to value or buyer feedback concerns. (i.e. excessive negative feedback or very little feedback)
SHIPPING:
Allow up to 3-5 days from "payment received" for us to pull and prepare your order for shipment.
We pack all orders well with sturdy "reinforced" shipping boxes and always use “fragile” and “do not bend” stickers - anything of value is shipped in specialty packing boxes or double-boxed. We would NEVER ship damaged goods and we certainly don't lose them after leaving them with the post office.
PLEASE understand that we are NOT liable for shipping damage, mishandling or loss by the delivery agent/carrier, foreign or domestic.
If this concerns you or you won’t accept risk, please request insurance or don't purchase from us.
** Insurance for Fragile Items:**
Normal USPS “media mail” does NOT come with insurance.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to request and purchase shipping insurance in addition to the postage price for orders containing valuable and fragile items to mitigate the risk of damage during shipping.
**Seller's Non-Liability:**
The seller explicitly disclaims any responsibility for damage incurred during shipping. Notably, USPS Media Mail, our primary shipping method, does not include any insurance coverage.
**Consideration of Alternate Shipping Agents:**
While alternate shipping agents with insurance options can be requested, it is important to acknowledge that these alternatives typically entail higher costs compared to USPS Media Mail.
**Buyer's Assumption of Responsibility:**

Sealed items are worth more than open ones. If you purchase a sealed record and then open it, it will be worth less.

Sometimes things happen and if you are not happy for any reason, We will work with you to fix it to your satisfaction and in accordance with these terms of sale, OR we will take the record back so long as it’s in the same condition as sent. If there is an error on our part, we will pay for return shipping. If there is no error on our part, return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
