PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL SELLER TERMS AND POLICIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

- If you have any questions involving Discogs orders, Discogs inventory, or any Discogs related questions, ONLY message us on Discogs. Please do not call or e-mail our physical store locations or dot com website, as we run Discogs as an entirely separate entity with different employees and the in-store employees are unable to help you and do not even have direct access to all items liked in our Discogs store.

- Please be patient for replies, order/invoicing questions. Our Discogs staff typically work Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 10AM-6PM CST. Questions sent on weekends or holidays may take up to 48-72 hours to reply to as Discogs staff is not working on those days. Again, our physical store staff and dot com website staff are unable to answer any questions involving Discogs orders, shipping questions, and questions about specific items.

- We are currently only shipping to the U.S. but hope to offer shipping to Canada, United Kingdom and Western Mainland Europe on or before September 1, 2024

- If you are local to the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area we do offer in-store pickup at our Golden Valley or Maple Grove store locations. Feel free to place orders on Discogs and select in-store pickup. Please wait until confirmation before coming in to pick up your order (again, Discogs staff does not work holidays or weekends and that may cause a delay in fulfilment of your order). Although most brand new sealed records are in our Golden Valley store inventory, all used items and some new items are kept at our external warehouse/offices and are not accessible to retail store staff. If you are local and want to purchase a brand new item, this is the exception about calling our stores and seeing if it is in-stock and we will gladly hold the item for you and you can pick up and pay in the store instead of placing an online order. Please note not all prices on Discogs reflect the in-store prices and vice versa, however, we do honor Discogs pricing in the rare occasion that something is priced lower in our Discogs store than our physical retail store. We do not price match to downinthevalley.com as that inventory is being fulfilled by a third party.

- We ONLY ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Absolutely no exceptions. Doing this protects both of us from fraud and often times other issues if something happens in the shipping process once the USPS has the package. Please please please verify your Paypal shipping address before placing an order.

- All sales are final on used products, which are sold as-is and try to be graded fair and conservatively. Cassette tapes, VHS tapes reel-to-reel tapes, and 8-tracks are sold as-is and visually graded only and have not been test played, although we will gladly test play (only) cassette tapes per request before shipping. We have no way to test play VHS, reels or 8-tracks, sorry. All used vinyl over $100 have been test played and issues (if any) have been noted.

- All new LPs are listed as "brand new/still sealed store stock" (meaning factory shrinkwrapped and unopened) or "brand new store stock" (meaning these are brand new items that never came factory sealed from the record labels and are usually packaged in poly sleeves or resealable sleeves. All brand new records are sourced directly from record labels and their official distributors and vinyl is presumed mint. Please read user reviews on Discogs for releases for reviews on pressing quality and audio quality, as we do not accept returns for known pressing issues if they are documented issues across the entire pressing. All new records are presumed mint, but we cannot be responsible for inner sleeve/insert folds/splits or what happens in the mail once the package leaves our store unless buyer pays for insurance (this must be requested before the invoice is paid so it can be applied to shipping costs).

- For new records that are discovered to be defective upon opening (NOT known issues like skips/surface noise that are wide spread and well documented on entire pressing), we may require photos or video proof of defect, and will exchange for a replacement copy (if available) or refund, however, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping back to us. Please be aware not all record players play all records flawlessly and not all records sound good on all record players. For issues that are mistakes on our end (i.e. misships), we will provide buyer with a prepaid return shipping label. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY RETURNS OR CLAIMS AFTER THREE (3) DAYS OF PACKAGE DELIVERY.

- We do not control the USPS and are not responsible in any way for any lost or damaged items caused by USPS or other shippers. Insurance is available upon request only and we provide tracking information for all orders. If you desire insurance, please request it BEFORE paying for your invoice so we can include insurance in your shipping costs.

- All new sleeve conditions are graded NM/M- because they are in a retail environment and may show signs of wear and handling from said environment. Replaceable packaging components such as CD jewel cases and cassette cases are not graded and may be cracked/broken, and are exempt from grading per Discogs policies ( https://support.discogs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193 ) although we do try to replace broken cases prior to shipping when possible.

- We are unfortunately unable to provide pictures of brand new records graded NM/M-. We are a brick and mortar store with an external warehouse and most of our new sealed LPs are just that -- brand new, current pressings. Often we have multiple copies of most new LPs and can not guarantee the same one we take a picture of will be the same exact copy the warehouse ships out. We have listed all variants in good faith to the best of our knowledge. If you are looking for a certain matrix that is not verifiable without opening the record, please look elsewhere so you can get what you want and save us both time and resources.

- All orders must be paid for in 4 days. After 4 days unpaid orders will automatically be canceled and negative feedback left by Discogs. All buyer-requested cancellations after payment is sent will result in a 2.9% + $2.30 cancellation fee. This is because if we refund an order, Paypal does not refund us their fees. No cancelation fee for unpaid orders, of course.

- We ship in custom rectangular mailers well packaged with cardboard inserts to ensure a safe delivery but again, cannot be responsible for the package once USPS takes possession of it. We highly recommend requesting us to open sealed records and remove the vinyl from the jacket if you are picky and concerned about seam splits on your covers happening during shipping. We will obviously to our best to package your order to try to prevent this, but everyone knows the post office is not gentle with packages moving thru their system, and we have absolutely no control over the package once it leaves our building.

- Very rarely a record may sell in our physical brick-and-mortar retail store before our Discogs inventory updates and removes it (especially on Holidays and weekends). This applies to new items only and not used items. We apologize for instances when this happens and it is out of our control.

- We do not accept credit card orders by telephone and we do not accept check or money order by mail, sorry.
