>We ship using the United States Postal Service. All domestic orders are set to ship Media Mail by default. However, USPS is still unreliable, and we will not be responsible for your package once it has been released to the post office. You may experience delays, lost packages, or damages. If you are concerned about the shipping process, we recommend using Priority Mail service.
>We have added First Class Package and Priority Mail services to our checkout.
The shipping price at checkout is an estimate based off Discog’s default weight settings and the highest possible charge for that weight. This means that your calculated shipping cost may be more or less than the actual retail rate.
To avoid hassles, we recommend that you select Priority Mail service at checkout, then place your order without completing payment.
In the notes, please let us know that you want Priority shipping. We will pack your order, weigh the package, and calculate the actual retail price for USPS Priority Mail. An updated invoice will be sent to you with the adjusted shipping charges.
Please note that if you decide to cancel your order after Priority Shipping rates have been calculated, your order will be cancelled due to nonpayment resulting in automatic negative feedback.
>SHIPPING DELAYS: Due to staffing shortages we will be shipping one day a week. Please expect reasonable delays. Your order will be updated as it is being processed. Orders will typically ship within 3-5 days from completed payment. Please refrain from messaging us about shipping times as this may further delay your order.

NO REFUNDS FOR BUYER ERROR
Due to the new PayPal refund policy, we do not offer refunds for items purchased in error. If you complete a purchase and decide that you no longer want an item with no fault by us, the seller, then we will offer credit towards a different item in our store. If you must have a refund, you will be charged a 10% restock fee.
We do not give refunds or partial refunds for items damaged in the mail. We pack our orders securely and will not be responsible for the mishandling of packages by carriers. If you are worried about dinged corners on a new, sealed record we recommend supporting your local brick & mortar record shop and purchasing your record in person. No record is ever mint so do not expect a mint record to arrive in the mail.
BOTH SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH!
Your Discogs shipping address and PayPal shipping address must match. If you cannot confirm the correct shipping address, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded 10% less than your total purchase to cover nonrefundable fees.

In most cases, we will match the lowest price available for an item in similar condition. If you are not sure about making an offer, please contact us first. If the “make an offer” option is not available, then we are not taking offers on that item. Please DO NOT message us about a discount on an already reasonably priced item.
A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING:
We now ship once a week. We DO NOT ship daily.
Our mail order staff has off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders are not processed on those days. Please do not be alarmed if you do not hear back from us on those days. We resume all mail order activities on Wednesdays and will catch up with your concerns at that time.
We use The United States Postal Service to ship all orders.
Within the USA, all orders ship Media Mail by default. Please note that Media Mail may take up to 8 days for delivery (in some cases even longer) and does not offer insurance. We can add insurance or ship Priority upon request; please make your request before completing payment.
International orders up to 4 lbs ship First Class. Packages over 4 lbs must ship Priority Mail. Shipping rates will be calculated based on total weight of purchase. Orders of $75 or more may require registered mail at buyer’s expense. WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO CANADA AT THIS TIME.
All vinyl records will ship outside of the jacket. In the case of printed inner sleeves, records valued over $10 will be shipped in a generic dust sleeve outside of the custom inner. All orders ship in well-padded boxes designed for shipping media.
A NOTE ABOUT CDs and CASSETTES:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR JEWEL CASES BROKEN IN TRANSIT
We DO NOT grade jewel cases unless they are unique to the release. Major case defects will be noted, and you can request a replacement for an additional $2.00. (No replacements available for cassettes at this time).
