Worldwide customs VAT & TAX
Discogs set and collect VAT payments at checkout for your country.

We submit electronically via Royal Mail all details of your order including the IOSS number for the EU.
This ensures that your package will pass smoothly through your customs dept and on to you without any further charges.
We have been using this system for a few years now without issues.

We also print and attach the CN-22 customs form which includes the IOSS number to the rear of each package.

If you do not purchase a tracking postal service which includes insurance then in event of loss or damage NO refund can be made.
