Released in an outer sleeve (printed in pink inside, with a white image of half a scissor printed along the open edge of each half of the sleeve); and an inner sleeve with lyrics and credits on one side. The lyrics are printed following the format originally used on Crime of the Century: Rick Davies' name is in yellow, and Roger Hodgson's name is in white, in the songwriting credits on the inner sleeve; and the lyrics of the songs sung by the corresponding writers are printed in yellow and white.
Labels are printed with a colour image of the hand wielding scissors from the front cover. On the side A label, the rope being cut has not been severed; on the side B label, the rope has been partially severed.
