SHIPPING & GRADING POLICIES - PLEASE READ!
In our experience very few packages never reach their destination. Possible causes for non-delivery are 1) postal strikes in your home country, 2) customs inspection or holds, 3) incorrect address provided by the buyer (in some cases it has taken 6+ months for packages to be returned to us because of this), and of course 4) the possibility of theft (very unlikely). Again. we stress that you either choose insurance or a trackable shipping service to avoid these potential problems! The buyer accepts full responsibility for the shipped goods.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS:
We will update your order with the total shipping amount, when your payment has been received, and when the item ships, including the DHL label number or tracking number.
Our inventory is graded using a bright professional photography light. From time to time a physical defect may evade our detection or a mistake might be made in our grading. Let us know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns are only accepted in cases where we have sent the incorrect record. In order to be eligible for a refund we ask that returned items come back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. For example, a sealed record must be returned sealed in order for a refund to be issued. We will pay return shipping costs if the wrong record was sent.
