Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking (if provided).
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office. Unclaimed packages are often held there.
If a package is returned to us, we will refund only the item cost, not the shipping. If you'd like the order re-shipped, you must pay the shipping cost again.
We reserve the right to ship without tracking or delay shipping without notice.
