Customers from Europe can choose two different shipping options: Economy and Express.
Economy is cheaper but will take a little longer (we hand these parcels over to our colleagues in Germany and they transport it further, which takes a few days extra before it reaches you).
Express shipping will cost you a little more, but (in the rule) you will receive your parcel faster. So if you want to have your purchase faster at home, we recommend this option.
We ship usually ONCE a week. Mostly on Tuesday/Wednesday. Please respect this. We inform you when you order has been prepared and when your order has been shipped.
